Ingredients (Original): Made from 200g of beef per 100g of biltong. Beef, apple cider vinegar, seasoning (salt, spices, brown sugar (sugar, cane molasses), yeast extract, preservative (potassium sorbate), antioxidant (ascorbic acid).

Nutrition per 100g (Original): Energy 1206kJ / 287kcal; fat 10.6g, of which saturates 3.7g; carbohydrates 4.6g, of which sugars 3.4g; protein 46.5g; salt 3.93g.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume within 2 days. Do not consume the oxygen absorber.
